• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• All approved returns are issued as store credit (non-refundable)

Return Conditions

• All tags and liners must remain attached
• Due to hygiene standards, all underwear must be tried on over personal garments
• Returns showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost
